- Manage the clinic as a profit center and achieve sales targets.
- Handle daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and supervise counselors, therapists, front-desk staff, and other team members.
- Convert walk-ins and enquiries into memberships or treatment registrations.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage appointments, client records, billing, cash flow, and reports.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, inventory, and compliance with company standards
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Team leadership and people management.
- Customer service and client counseling.
- Valuable communication in English and local languages.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
