We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support our HR and recruitment activities. The candidate will help with employee recruitment, interviews, joining formalities, attendance, and daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status.
- Prepare joining documents and complete onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Track attendance, leave, and employee details.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with different departments for employee-related requirements.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
