Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM / 9:00 AM
- Afternoon Shift: 1:15 PM / 2:15 PM
- Week Off: Rotational
- Training: Company-provided
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass, Graduates, Freshers, and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills and customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Provide accurate information about company services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Monitor and follow up on pending customer queries until resolution.
