Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Icertis Consultant with 6+ years of expertise in implementing and configuring the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of Icertis, demonstrating a proven track record of successful client engagements from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Icertis CLM solutions, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client business requirements related to contract management processes.
- Design and configure Icertis platform functionalities, including contract types, workflows, clauses, templates, reports, and dashboards, to align with client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Icertis CLM and other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle EBS) using various integration methods.
- Provide expert guidance on Icertis best practices, system capabilities, and potential customizations, ensuring optimal solution adoption and efficiency.
- Develop and execute test plans, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the quality and integrity of implemented solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.




- Train end-users and client administrators on Icertis CLM functionalities and system usage.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, effectively managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the Icertis practice.

Skill Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Icertis CLM solutions.
- Proven track record of participating in at least 2-3 full lifecycle Icertis implementations.
- Robust understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, including negotiation, authoring, approvals, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Icertis certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations effectively.
