We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals.
2. Create compelling content for various social media platforms
3. Manage and engage with our social media communities
4. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on campaigns
5. Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
6. Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
7. Build and engage online communities by responding to comments and messages.
8. Manage organic social media strategy for a portfolio of manufacturing industries.
9. Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with each client's goals and brand voice.

Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce engaging creative assets.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field preferred.
- Robust creative skills with the ability to develop innovative content ideas
