Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting and managing the delivery of production systems and services to ensure they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring and coordination to maintain system stability and performance. The position involves collaborating with various teams to address operational challenges and ensure seamless service delivery, while proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to optimize system operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Experience in managing and supporting production environments using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong knowledge of system deployment, patch management, and configuration automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues related to endpoint management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health and compliance.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
