ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to handle our day-to-day financial operations. The candidate must be proficient in Tally Prime, with a strong grasp of accounting, reporting, and admin automation. This is a dynamic role and occasional fieldwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Complete accounting and bookkeeping in Tally Prime

- Manage data entry, purchase bills, vouchers, and journal entries

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly accounts reports

- Design and maintain dashboards and financial summaries using Tally data

- Handle payment reminders, advances, and reconciliation

- Track and report outstanding payments and vendor balances

- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and billing documentation





- Support field jobs such as local purchases and logistics coordination

- Automate repetitive admin and reporting processes

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements

- Maintain audit-ready financial records

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tally Prime

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS

- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication and vendor coordination skills

- Experience with manufacturing or fabrication companies is a plus

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

- Full-time role | 6 Days a Week

- Reporting to: Company Directors
