Trainer – Guest Service Associate

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer – Guest Service Associate to train and prepare students/learners for careers in the hospitality and customer service industry.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging training on guest handling, customer service, communication, grooming, workplace etiquette, and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for students/learners on Guest Service Associate roles and responsibilities.
- Train candidates in guest handling, customer service, and hospitality etiquette.
- Deliver practical sessions on communication skills and professional behavior.
- Train learners on front office operations and basic hospitality procedures.
- Conduct sessions on grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance.
- Develop learners' skills in handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Conduct role plays, practical activities, mock scenarios, and assessments.
- Train students in workplace etiquette, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare learners for interviews and employment opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Monitor learner performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Maintain attendance, training records, assessments, and progress reports.




- Coordinate with the Center Manager and management team regarding training schedules and learner performance.

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, customer service, or training is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Associate Trainer, Hospitality Trainer, Hotel Management Faculty, Customer Service Trainer, or similar role will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be proficient in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of guest service standards and hospitality practices.
- Solid classroom management and learner engagement skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to conduct practical and interactive training sessions.
- Basic computer knowledge.
