About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Consultant Psychologist to join our growing mental health team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with adult clients in professional counselling and psychotherapy settings and be comfortable handling diverse psychological concerns through evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling Psychology preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of professional counselling experience
- Strong proficiency in Malayalam and English
- Proven experience working with adult clients in counselling or mental health settings
- Experience in conducting individual therapy sessions independently
- Strong case conceptualization, assessment, and intervention skills
- Ability to maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
Preferred Background
- Experience in mental health clinics, hospitals, counselling centres, wellness organizations, or established mental health platforms
- Candidates with substantial counselling practice are preferred
- Purely academic, faculty, teaching-only,
or training-focused experience without active counselling practice will not be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Provide online psychological counselling services
- Conduct assessments and formulate individualized intervention plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when required
- Uphold confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and client-centered care
