- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in data platform processes and workflows.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Experience with data integration and system architecture principles related to data platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data environments.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance practices.
