We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our precision manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program, set and operate VMC machines for precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Set tools, fixtures, work offsets and tool offsets.
- Develop, edit and optimize VMC programs.
- Select suitable cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
- Monitor tool wear, cycle time and machining quality.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain machine, tools and workplace as per 5S and safety requirements.
- Identify machining issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:





- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- 3–7 years of experience in VMC programming, setting and operation.
- Good knowledge of G & M codes, CNC programming, tooling and cutting parameters.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances/GD&T.;
- Experience in precision engineering or metal component manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
