Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Fashion Consultants (Male/Female) to join our retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including sizes, styles, collections, and offers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, tagged, and replenished.
- Support stock management, inventory checks,



and store housekeeping.
- Maintain knowledge of daily sales, targets, KPIs, and promotional schemes.
- Assist in billing and other store operations whenever required.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in Apparel/Fashion/Retail preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Presentable personality with good grooming.
- Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
- Male/Female candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
