We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst - SAP SD/CS Functional with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SD and CS modules, supporting business operations, and delivering enhancements that improve Order-to-Cash and Customer Service processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SD Functional Support
Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
Customer Master
Material Master
Sales Order Processing
Pricing & Condition Techniques
Deliveries and Shipping
Billing and Invoicing
Returns Management
Credit Management
Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.
SAP CS Functional Support
Configure and support Customer Service processes including:
Service Notifications
Service Orders
Equipment Master
Functional Locations
Warranty Management
Service Contracts
Installed Base Management
Support service lifecycle management and after-sales service processes.
Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
Configuration & Development Support
Perform SAP ECC configuration and customization activities.
Create Functional Specifications for RICEFW developments.
Work closely with ABAP developers on enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
Review technical designs and validate delivered solutions.
