Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using C# and ASP.NET Core MVC / Web API
- Write clean, well-structured T-SQL — queries, stored procedures, views — against SQL Server
- Build data access layers using Dapper and/or Entity Framework Core
- Create responsive UI screens using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery (AJAX-driven forms, cascading dropdowns, grids, dashboards)
- Integrate and consume REST APIs; assist with third-party and internal service integrations
- Support Windows Services / background jobs used for device polling, notifications and scheduled processing
- Debug production issues, reproduce them locally, and fix root causes — not just symptoms
- Prepare basic technical documentation: schema notes, API contracts, deployment steps
- Work with Git for version control and follow team branching and code-review practices
- Collaborate with the ERP, IT, production, and service teams to understand requirements before writing code

Must-Have Skills

- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent
- Solid grip on C# fundamentals — OOP, collections, LINQ,



exception handling, async/await basics
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC (controllers, routing, model binding, views)
- SQL Server: joins, group by, indexes, at a basic level, ability to write and debug a stored procedure
- Front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Understanding of HTTP, JSON, and how a REST API request/response actually works
- Ability to read existing code and understand it before changing it
- Transparent written and spoken communication in Hindi and English

Good to Have

- Exposure to Dapper or EF Core
- Any experience with Windows Services, WinForms, or console utilities
- Awareness of Clean Architecture / SOLID / design patterns at a conceptual level
- Basic knowledge of Git branching, pull requests, code review
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) and prompt-driven development
- Any academic or personal project involving ERP, IoT/device data, or manufacturing processes
- Exposure to Power BI, SSRS, or reporting tools
- Awareness of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or any ERP platform
