Job Description:

Our client is a UK-based healthcare staffing and recruitment solutions provider, delivering high-quality, tailored workforce solutions to hospitals, clinics, and care facilities. We are currently looking for candidates who have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in the international healthcare recruitment domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with candidates via phone and email.
- Understand job requirements and source the right candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and documentation.
- Coordinate interviews and handle follow-ups.




- Assist senior recruiters with daily recruitment activities.
- Represent the organization professionally when dealing with clients and candidates.

Shift Timing:

- 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Summer)
- 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Winter)

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon–Fri)
