We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join Lakmé Academy Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our beauty and wellness courses, generating leads, following up with enquiries, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from leads and enquiries.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities, and admission process.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling sessions and centre visits for prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Inform students about workshops, events, offers, and new course batches.
- Coordinate with the counselling and centre team for smooth admissions.




- Handle student queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp.
- Ability to convince, follow up, and convert leads.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or education is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
