Every platform says quality matters. Very few actually give QA a seat at the table early enough for it to mean something. We do, because we're stabilizing a live product with real users, and the person in this seat has genuine influence over what ships and what doesn't.
You'll test the Flutter app and the web platform, write test cases and plans, run regression and UAT testing, and be the person who catches what everyone else missed, including work coming in from our support team during the current bug-fix window.
What the work actually looks like:
- Testing across mobile (Flutter) and web
- Writing structured test cases, test plans, and scenarios
- Running regression, sanity, and UAT testing
- Finding, documenting, and tracking bugs clearly enough that developers don't have to guess
- Validating fixes and testing booking flows, payments, onboarding, and messaging
- Preparing QA reports during active release cycles
What you need to bring:
- 2-4 years of manual testing across web and mobile
- Experience writing structured test cases
- Comfort with bug tracking tools like Jira or Trello
- Basic API testing knowledge (Postman is fine)
- Bonus: automation basics (Selenium or Appium), performance testing, early-stage startup experience
What we're actually looking for: someone detail-oriented enough to catch what others miss, and confident enough to say "this isn't ready" when it isn't, even when everyone wants it to be.
