We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our architectural team. The candidate will support the design and execution of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, working closely with senior architects, project coordinators, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and modify working drawings and GFC drawings based on project requirements.
- Develop 3D models and presentation views using SketchUp or similar software.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and MEP requirements.
- Assist senior architects in preparing design presentations and client proposals.
- Incorporate client and senior architect feedback into drawings and designs.
- Prepare detail drawings, material details, furniture layouts, and construction details.
- Coordinate with project coordinators, consultants, and site teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Participate in site visits and understand the implementation of design at site.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, project files, and documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and issued within the required project timelines.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules, and specifications when required.




- Support the team throughout the project from design development to execution.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, or other visualization software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of building construction and architectural detailing.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in an architectural or design firm.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects will be an advantage.
- Candidates with positive design sense and practical knowledge of construction are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
