- Screening resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Calling and scheduling interviews with promising candidates.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Following up with candidates after interviews to provide updates and address any questions.
- Maintaining accurate attendance records for all employee

Qualifications:

- Post Graduate/ bachelor's degree program in human resources management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
