We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to support and manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and conduct daily briefings for the Accounts & Billing team.
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and verify Tally Prime & Zoho Books.
- Prepare stock statements, purchase reports, vendor payment reports, and budgets.
- Handle salary, incentive, and salary advance calculations.
- Manage GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-2B reconciliation, GST payments, and TDS calculations.
- Monitor rent, electricity, software subscriptions, and other business payables.
- Reconcile Shopify payments and settlements.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Monitor total purchases and vendor payments.




- Assist in business and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audits and provide required documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Billing, Purchase, Sales, and other departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Experience in payroll, reconciliations, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
- Retail industry experience will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
