Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cosmetic industry and a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
- We will identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values.
- Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns.




- It is important to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and budget.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their role in influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging campaign ideas.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
