About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on eCommerce Specialist to manage the Shopify store and marketplace operations for Dimos Furniture, a Saudi-based furniture brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Shopify operations, orders, fulfilment, returns, products, pricing, inventory, and collections.
- Handle website merchandising, homepage updates, banners, campaigns, and product placement.
- Manage Shopify themes and perform basic Liquid, HTML & CSS edits.
- Manage product listings on Amazon.sa, Noon, Haraj, OpenSooq, and other marketplaces.
- Maintain listing accuracy, pricing, inventory, and marketplace fulfilment SLAs.
- Monitor website performance, page speed, broken links, and checkout issues.




- Analyse customer behaviour using Microsoft Clarity/heatmaps and support CRO activities.
- Coordinate with the Riyadh marketing team and Performance Marketing Specialist.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on eCommerce experience, including at least 2 years with Shopify Admin.
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Noon, or similar marketplaces.
- Robust knowledge of Shopify products, variants, collections, metafields, apps, and inventory.
- Basic Liquid, HTML & CSS knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with website performance tools, heatmaps, and basic A/B testing.
- Strong English communication and excellent attention to detail.
- GCC/Amazon.sa/Noon experience is an advantage.
