Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to manage and guide our recruitment operations in collaboration with our international team based in Ireland. This leadership role requires a strong background in healthcare recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently during UK hours. You will be instrumental in executing strategic hiring initiatives, ensuring compliance, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the recruitment process in partnership with the Ireland-based recruitment team.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and mentor recruitment executives to achieve individual and team targets.




- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure all recruitment activities meet compliance, training, and documentation standards.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular performance reports to the Recruitment Manager.
- Actively engage with various sourcing channels to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Resolve recruitment challenges swiftly and efficiently while maintaining service excellence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in healthcare staffing.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 6 months in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and CRM/scheduling systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively.
- Availability to work midnight shifts aligned with UK business hours.
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
- Experience in international healthcare staffing is a robust advantage.
