Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience in managing release cycles and deployment processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Ability to define and implement platform standards that align with business and vendor requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to packaged or software as a service solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
