Department: Production & Execution in interior/ furniture/ modular production
Reports to: Director – Operations
Job Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day functioning of the factory and ensure all production work is completed on time, as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage daily factory production as per project schedules.
* Allocate work to carpenters, machine operators, polishers and other factory staff.
* Ensure production is completed within the committed timelines.
* Coordinate with the Design, Procurement and Project Management teams for drawings, materials and site requirements.
* Check drawings, measurements and specifications before production.
* Monitor material availability and raise requirements to the procurement team in advance.
* Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, machines and materials.
* Maintain production quality and ensure work matches approved drawings and specifications.
* Conduct regular quality checks at different stages of production.
* Identify production delays, errors or rework and resolve them immediately.
* Minimise material wastage and production rework.
* Ensure finished products are properly packed, labelled and ready for dispatch.
* Coordinate with the site team for dispatch schedules and installation requirements.
* Maintain daily production records and project-wise status updates.
* Ensure factory cleanliness, safety and proper maintenance of machinery.
* Manage factory workers, attendance, discipline and productivity.
* Train and guide factory staff to improve productivity and quality.

Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience in interior/ furniture/ modular production.
* Solid knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture and factory processes.
* Good understanding of production drawings and measurements.
* Experience managing factory manpower.
* Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
* Should be hands-on and capable of taking ownership of factory operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
