Hiring: Quality Checker – Plastic Moulding Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Checker/QC Executive with hands-on experience in Plastic Moulding Manufacturing to ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective action.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and records.
- Handle NCR, CAPA, and basic root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Go/No-Go Gauges.
- Monitor calibration of measuring instruments.
- Support continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills:





- 3–5 years of experience in Plastic Moulding/Plastic Manufacturing.
- Experience as Quality Checker, QC Executive, Quality Inspector, or similar role.
- Knowledge of Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, NCR, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, or related field preferred.
