Summary

We are seeking an experienced 5 - 7 years, self-driven Business Analyst on behalf of our premium banking and financial technology client. In this role, you will act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, specializing in the implementation, customization, and requirement-gathering for the Temenos T24 (Transact Core) platform with a strong focus on Alternative Investments.

Responsibilities

- Requirement Engineering: Author, specify, and map detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs).
- T24 Solution Mapping: Leverage functional knowledge of Temenos T24 Transact Core to translate wealth management and investment requirements into platform configurations.
- Alternative Investments: Analyze and support functional architecture related to alternative assets, private equity, hedge funds, or structured products within the core banking environment.
- Independent Execution: Take end-to-end ownership of modules, work independently with minimal supervision, and drive self-initiated project milestones.




- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with product managers, delivery leads, and technical engineers to validate system delivery against business objectives.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Mid-to-senior level expertise matching banking business analysis standards.

Mandatory Skills:

- Transact Core_Functional: Proven, hands-on functional experience working directly on the Temenos T24 platform.

Required Expertise:

- Robust background in writing clean, precise, and testable business specifications.
- Solid functional domain knowledge of Alternative Investments workflows and product life cycles.
- Proven ability to operate as an independent, self-driven analyst within high-pressure environments.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
