A Technical Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
- The categories of machine manufacturer (OEM Sales), System integrators, Panel builders, Traders, end users .
- Get Product approvals from government and private sector customers with proper document submission procedure.
- Find new & current customers data and arrange visit. Help sales team achieve orders thru Dealer billing, Service support or directly thru company as needed.
- For service matters, manage all after-sales customer query and provide solutions /repair to any customers of dealers, sub-traders .
- Keep dealers/ sub- traders, OEMs up-to-date with product upgrades, changes − Introduce new products and take trials and demos and provide technical support to all customer bases.
- Coordinate with Senior Sales & application team from head office for current application, plus demo & trial arrangement.
- Work as a team member and take positive steps towards Service support achievement in the region assigned.
- Attend service or installation calls as required at customer sites across Ahmedabad region.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation field.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also be considered.
