Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP/HCM Security Administrator with 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining security configurations for enterprise-level ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM Security, including Job Roles, Duty Roles, Data Roles, security audits, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and security testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Oracle Fusion Cloud security activities across ERP and HCM.
- Design and implement security configurations based on best practices and company policies.
- Identify, analyze, and remediate application security risks.
- Create, maintain, and manage:
- Job Roles
- Duty Roles
- Data Roles
- Application Roles
- Conduct routine security audits and monitoring.
- Ensure appropriate security documentation is created, maintained, and kept accurate.
- Plan and execute thorough security testing and document test results.
- Work closely with Internal Audit teams to ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) best practices.
- Design and develop security-related reports to support internal and external audits.
- Validate security documentation and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Provide regular security status updates to the IT Director.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and development teams on security requirements and solutions.
- Provide guidance on Oracle ERP/HCM security solutions.
- Support the overall application security strategy and related initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing security for enterprise-level ERP systems.




- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM Security.
- Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as:
- Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM
- PeopleSoft
- Strong understanding of ERP functional areas, including:
- Human Resources
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing
- General Ledger (GL)
- Strong experience creating and managing Oracle security roles.
- Knowledge of Job Roles, Duty Roles, and Data Roles.
- Experience with security audits, controls, and remediation.
- Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
- Solid security testing and documentation experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,784,197.74 per year
