We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and student-handling skills.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and student-handling skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ interests, educational background, and career goals.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and direct communication.




- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents.
- Maintain student and enquiry records.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Work towards assigned admission and enrolment targets.

ELIGIBILITY

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, HR, Commerce, or a relevant field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Confident, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work with students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
