- Prepare and present a wide range of modern cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Design and create customized cakes as per client or brand requirements
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu offerings
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all bakery items
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Manage daily production, inventory, and stock control of bakery ingredients
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations
- Train and guide junior bakery staff when required
- Monitor wastage and ensure cost-effective production
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
