Aesthetic Institute is a Gurugram-based provider of cosmetic injectables and aesthetic medicine training in India, and a sister institution of the Australian IAHPA and Australian Cosmetic Clinics network. We deliver structured, clinically supervised training programs to MBBS doctors, BDS dentists, and other registered medical practitioners who wish to upskill in aesthetic medicine.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Course Advisor (Sales) to join our team in a fully remote, outsourced capacity. This role suits a sales professional with strong consultative skills who can confidently engage with medical professionals and guide them through our training pathway.

The role is KPI-driven, with clear expectations around call volume, enrolments, and revenue generation.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month + bonus

Commission:

- Strong commission structure paid per enrolment

- Earning Potential: Uncapped commissions with no upper limit

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries from doctors and dentists interested in aesthetic training.

- Conduct consultative sales calls to assess eligibility, career goals,



and readiness for training.

- Provide accurate, compliant information about the Weekend Foundation Certification, course structure, and career outcomes.

- Convert qualified leads into enrolments using ethical and professional sales practices.

- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of all interactions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).

- Follow up leads consistently via phone, email, and CRM workflows.

- Liaise with operations and management teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

- Represent Aesthetic Institute professionally in all verbal and written communications.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Communication Skills (Mandatory)

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Hindi fluency an advantage.

- Clear, confident, and professional phone manner.

- Strong written skills for email and CRM documentation.

2. Consultative Sales Experience

- Proven experience in consultative or solution-based sales.

- Ability to build rapport with medical professionals.

- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.

- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

3. Industry Knowledge (Preferred)

- Experience in healthcare education,



medical devices, aesthetics, or medical sales is highly desirable.

- Understanding of MBBS/BDS practitioners and compliance-based medical training is an advantage.

4. Call Centre Experience (Highly Preferred)

- Prior experience in call centre, telesales, or high-volume outbound/inbound calling roles.

- Comfortable managing daily call targets and structured follow-ups.

5. Work-From-Home Requirements (Mandatory)

- Reliable high-speed internet connection.

- Personal laptop or desktop suitable for CRM and calling systems.

- Dedicated, noise-free work environment.

- Ability to work independently and maintain discipline remotely.
