We are looking for a responsible and organized Spare Parts Executive to manage spare parts sales, inventory, procurement, billing coordination, and customer requirements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability and proper management of spare parts for construction equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day spare parts sales and customer enquiries.
- Identify and provide the correct spare parts based on equipment model and part number.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices as required.
- Coordinate with service engineers and technicians regarding spare parts requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Monitor rapid-moving, slow-moving and non-moving spare parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and principals for parts procurement and availability.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Receive incoming spare parts and verify quantity, part number and condition.
- Arrange and maintain spare parts systematically in the store.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for purchases, sales, returns and stock transfers.
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding billing, payments and outstanding amounts.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments where required.
- Support the service department by ensuring timely availability of required parts.
- Prepare regular reports related to sales, stock, pending orders and inventory.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of spare parts.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments.





Requirements

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in spare parts, automobile, construction equipment or machinery industry preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of automobile/construction equipment spare parts.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to identify parts using part numbers, parts catalogues and equipment manuals.
- Good organizational and inventory management skills.
- Willingness to coordinate with service teams and customers.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP/software systems.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales/parts availability targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
