About the Role

UXDLAB Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, creating, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for engaging target audiences, generating leads, and improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns based on business objectives.
- Create engaging email content, subject lines, newsletters, promotional emails, and campaign copies.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting.
- Schedule and monitor email campaigns to ensure timely delivery.
- Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, email content, CTAs, and layouts.
- Maintain and regularly update email databases.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaign requirements.
- Ensure emails follow qualified communication and email marketing best practices.




- Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and campaign management.
- Experience with email marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to create engaging and grammatically correct email content.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Experience with CRM, email automation, or analytics platforms is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of relevant Email Marketing experience.
- Candidates should have practical knowledge of email campaign execution and performance analysis.
