Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, field sales, relationship building, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current leads through field visits, networking, and direct outreach.
- Meet potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with customer interaction and field work.




- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Two-wheeler is compulsory.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Willingness to work in a startup environment.

Field Work

Approximately 70% of the role involves field work. After 3 months, based on performance and business requirements, the role may provide approximately 50% field work and 50% backend work.

Commitment

Minimum 1 year of dedicated service is expected.
