Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Soft Skills Trainer to join our team in Purulia, West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for training students/learners in communication, personality development, interview skills, workplace etiquette, and other essential employability skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills and employability skills.
- Train students in English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct sessions on personality development and confidence building.
- Provide training on interview skills, resume preparation, and group discussions.
- Develop students' presentation, public speaking, and workplace communication skills.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Use practical activities, role plays, discussions, and presentations to make sessions engaging.
- Assess learners' progress and provide individual feedback.
- Maintain attendance, training records, assessments, and daily reports.




- Coordinate with the center management team regarding training schedules and learner progress.
- Create a positive, professional, and motivating learning environment.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification in soft skills/training is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in English, Bengali, and Hindi languages.
- Confident personality with good presentation skills.
- Previous experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, Faculty, or Corporate Trainer is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.
- Good classroom management and learner engagement skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
