We are looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Officer to ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards across Solar Power, Wind Energy, Electrical Substation, Transmission Line, and EPC projects.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying workplace hazards, implementing safety procedures, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards, and promoting a robust safety culture among employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical/EHV projects, renewable energy projects, construction activities, working at height, lifting operations, electrical safety, Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, toolbox talks, risk assessment, and emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at project sites.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment, Method Statements, and Safe Work Procedures.
- Conduct regular Toolbox Talks, Safety Training, and Safety Awareness Programs.




- Ensure proper implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical isolation, and work-permit systems.
- Monitor electrical and EHV activities including transformers, circuit breakers, CT/PT, isolators, cable work, testing, commissioning, and energization.
- Ensure safe working practices for solar module installation, inverter installation, electrical cabling, transformer installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure safety during wind turbine erection, tower work, crane operations, heavy lifting, and working at height.
- Monitor construction activities such as excavation, scaffolding, hot work, welding, cutting, lifting, and material handling.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
- Inspect and ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, lifelines, safety harnesses, helmets, safety shoes, etc.
- Monitor lifting and rigging activities and ensure compliance with approved lifting plans.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
