Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. BDE/BDM to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in online bidding platforms like Upwork, experience in staff augmentation, and a solid understanding of the IT services landscape. Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strategic mindset are essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other online portals.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts; build solid, long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and convert leads into sales.
- Draft and submit compelling proposals, quotes, and RFPs/RFQs.
- Identify new markets, customer needs, and growth opportunities in IT services & staff augmentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, HR, Project Management) to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain CRM records and regularly update lead and sales pipelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ offerings.

Key Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development in the IT industry.
- Proven experience with Upwork bidding, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation and IT resource deployment models.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team workplace.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with additional platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, or Clutch.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
