Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Hotel Reservations & OTA Executive to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, and online travel platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel reservations and ensure accurate inventory management across all platforms.
- Maintain, update, and optimize property listings on major OTAs such as Airbnb, Agoda, and Booking.com.
- Work closely with channel management systems to uphold rate parity and availability.
- Assist with online sales and business development efforts to boost visibility and increase bookings.
- Offer leadership support by guiding and engaging team members when necessary.




- Monitor calls and provide constructive coaching to enhance team performance.
- Handle challenging customer situations professionally and resolve escalated concerns promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
- 0–1 year of experience in hotel reservations or hospitality operations
- Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Malayalam
- Solid understanding of reservation workflows and inventory management
- Experience with OTA platforms and channel manager tools
- Ability to manage difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism
- Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of creative problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English and Malayalam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
