Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and following up with customers to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company products/services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
- Provide regular reports on calling activities and lead status.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Tamil and English communication skills required.
- Kannada/Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
