- Sanitation Maintenance: Keep kitchen floors, walls, work surfaces, and storage areas compliant with health codes.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans, handle garbage disposal, and manage recycling protocols safely.
- Inventory Support: Stock clean equipment back into rotation for chefs and food service staff.
Requirements and Skills
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy kitchen items.
