Who we are looking for:
A high-potential, ambitious candidate from IITs / Tier-1 colleges who wants to work directly with the founders and build something from scratch.

This is not a typical corporate job. There will be no perfectly defined role, large team, or established processes to follow. You will be expected to identify problems, figure things out, execute quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.

You could be working on brand strategy, consumer insights, growth, marketing, product, e-commerce, partnerships, operations, or new initiatives—depending on what the business needs.

What you will do

- Work closely with the founders on high-priority business problems
- Help shape and build the MAVK brand from the ground up
- Research customers, competitors, trends and opportunities
- Convert ideas into actual experiments and initiatives
- Work across marketing, product, e-commerce, content and growth
- Build processes where none exist
- Track metrics and understand what is actually driving growth
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end
- Present recommendations directly to founders and execute them




- Occasionally do the unglamorous work required to get things moving

Who should apply

- Graduate / MBA from IITs or other Tier-1 institutions
- 0–3 years of experience; exceptional freshers can also be considered
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and structured thinking
- Entrepreneurial mindset—“I will figure it out” attitude
- Comfortable working without a predefined playbook
- Curious about D2C, fashion, consumer brands, e-commerce and startups
- Willing to get hands-on rather than only make presentations
- High ownership, speed and bias for action
