We’re Hiring: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant for a Payroll Transformation project covering multiple countries across EMEA and APAC.

Location: Remote
Engagement: Full time Contract
Working Hours: As per company timings
Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Project: Payroll Transformation—EMEA & APAC

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse, redesign and resolve payroll and benefits business-process issues
- Support vendor integrations across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC
- Configure and enhance PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefits modules
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, business users and other stakeholders
- Prepare functional design documents and integration requirements
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing and defect resolution
- Review technical solutions with developers and ensure alignment with functional requirements

Mandatory Skills:

✅ 8+ years of relevant PeopleSoft functional experience
✅ PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll and Benefits—HCM
✅ Strong understanding of payroll processes and configurations
✅ Experience with integrations between PeopleSoft, vendors and other systems
✅ Good SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting




✅ Strong experience preparing design documents, test scripts and test plans
✅ Experience supporting multi-country payroll implementations or transformations
✅ Strong vendor, developer and user coordination skills

Additional Technical Understanding:

- Ability to understand and evaluate PeopleSoft technical components
- Familiarity with Application Engine, SQR and related PeopleSoft technologies
- Ability to review technical builds and collaborate effectively with developers
