Job Responsibilities:

Project Procurement Handle end-to-end procurement activities for hotel/hospitality projects. Source vendors/suppliers for civil, MEP, interior, FF&E;, and finishing materials. Float RFQs, analyze quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate commercial terms. Finalize purchase orders/work orders in coordination with project/site teams. Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with vendors for manufacturing, dispatch, delivery, and material tracking. Operational & Pre-Opening Procurement Manage procurement of operational supplies and equipment (OS&E;) for hotel pre-opening. Coordinate procurement of operational departments’ requirements including Housekeeping, Kitchen, F&B;, Laundry, Front Office, Engineering, and Back Office. Support pre-opening budgeting and procurement planning in alignment with hotel brand/operator standards.



Coordinate with hotel operators/brands for approved vendor and specification compliance. Ensure timely delivery of all pre-opening procurement items before operational handover. Vendor / MIS / Cost Control Maintain procurement MIS, vendor database, and purchase documentation. Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategic vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with project specifications, BOQ, and quality standards. Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives. Required Skills Strong experience in procurement for hotel / hospital / hospitality / pre-opening projects. Good vendor network for civil, MEP, interiors, FF&E;, OS&E;, and finishing items. Expertise in rate analysis, negotiation, and contract finalization. Knowledge of BOQ, technical specifications, and project coordination. Proficiency in Excel, ERP/Procurement Software, and MIS reporting. Solid communication and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in premium hotel / resort / hospital / hospitality projects preferred. Exposure to operational procurement / hotel pre-opening procurement is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple procurement packages simultaneously.
