 Resolve customer complaints regarding after-sales service issues

 Provide technical assistance and support to customers

 Coordinate service requests and manage service delivery timelines

 Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and requirements

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and productive service delivery

 Identify opportunities for service improvements
