ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Internal Audit Associate to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Internal Audit, strong analytical skills and good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA Dropout / MBA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and execution of internal audit assignments.
- Review financial records, business processes and internal controls.
- Perform vouching, verification, reconciliations and analytical reviews.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses and areas of risk.
- Prepare audit working papers, observations and audit reports.
- Analyse data and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with various teams for audit requirements and supporting documents.
- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
- Assist in documenting processes, controls and audit findings.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA Dropout / MBA.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis.
- Good understanding of accounting, audit procedures and internal controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
