Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, processing orders, coordinating with warehouse teams, and ensuring smooth marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify. Freshers with relevant knowledge and a keen interest in e-commerce are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications across various e-commerce platforms.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability is accurately reflected on all marketplaces.

Process online orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.

Handle basic customer queries related to orders, products, and deliveries.

Track order status and resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales, order, and inventory reports.

Assist in maintaining marketplace health by monitoring account performance and resolving operational issues.





Ensure product information and pricing remain accurate and up to date.

Support promotional campaigns, offers, and marketplace activities whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).

Basic understanding of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Myntra, or similar platforms.

Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Basic understanding of inventory management and order processing.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with seller panels and marketplace dashboards.

Knowledge of product catalog management and inventory updates.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn recent tools and processes.
