This role will be responsible for driving brand monetization and campaign execution on Nykaa Fashion. The individual will work across business, marketing, and strategy functions to deliver commercial outcomes through effective collaboration with brand partners and internal teams. The role entails managing site merchandising, executing performance-driven campaigns, tracking key metrics, and acting as the primary liaison for brand relationships and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Partnerships & Monetization
a. Build robust working relationships with brand partners, understand their goals, and support in unlocking additional investments.
b. Pitch and help execute monetization opportunities across CRM, site placements, social media, and PLA campaigns.
c. Ensure all committed deliverables are executed seamlessly and tracked accurately.
2. Site Merchandising & Campaign Execution
a. Coordinate with the site and design teams to ensure campaigns go live on time with correct banners, links, and visibility.
3. Marketing Support (PLA & Display)
a. Track campaign performance across CTR, ROAS, Orders, Revenue,
etc.
b. Identify performance trends and assist in optimizing campaigns by highlighting top-performing SKUs or underperforming segments.
c. Manage spends vs budget trackers and flag variances early.
d. Contribute to category-level strategy planning (L2/L3) and opportunity mapping
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
a. Liaise with Category Managers, Brand Managers, Product, and CRM teams to align on brand strategies and priorities.
b. Assist in prepping for reviews, reporting decks, and brand-facing presentations.
What Were Looking For
13 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, brand partnerships, or site merchandising.
Outgoing and confident communicator who enjoys interacting with brands and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/Mix panel/Tableau; familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus.
Highly organized with a bias for execution can handle multiple workstreams without compromising quality.
