Job Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Node.js and MongoDB Developer to join our development team. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and scalable solutions using Node.js for server-side logic and MongoDB for database management. You will work closely with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, feature-rich products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services using Node.js and related technologies.
- Work with MongoDB to create and manage databases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance across platforms.
- Implement security protocols and data protection measures to ensure system integrity.
- Write and maintain technical documentation related to application development and architecture.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and regular updates to ensure stability and efficiency of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to improve the overall code quality.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to design,



coding, testing, and deployment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Node.js and MongoDB development.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Node.js and its frameworks such as Express.js or Hapi.js.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and experience with database design, performance optimization, and query execution.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time applications.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-based development (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT) or OAuth.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (beneficial for API integration).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (optional but preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
