We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, communicating with prospects, and supporting business growth.
- Lead Generation: Find recent prospects using cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify incoming leads, set up client meetings or product demos, and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture initial connections with potential customers to understand their needs.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor behavior and spot new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and senior managers to hit target revenue goals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
